Nikki Lesponne

Creative Director

A Franco-American from Dallas, Texas, I came to France in 2013. After falling in love with Biarritz, I met and fell in love with my husband, Jean. With a business degree in Accounting and a passion for the creative side of life, I have accumulated extensive experience in finance, marketing, design, renovation, and photography over the past twenty-five years. My affinity for real estate began when I purchased my first house at the age of 18. Since then, I have managed countless real estate transactions for both myself and clients - from advising for a sale or purchase to managing entire rehabilitation jobs from start to finish. My most recent project was buying, renovating and selling a 1000m² 17th century château. I love every step of the process from finding the right house for a client to celebrating the final signature. I can’t wait to work with you !

Jean-Olivier Lesponne

Sales Director

I am a native of the Basque Coast and grew up in Biarritz. With a Masters in Wealth Management, my career started within the AXA group in 1992. In 2014, after holding various positions within the organisation, they entrusted me with their network of wealth management advisers as Director of Sales for France. I was responsible for strategy and commercial optimization of French and European real estate and insurance solutions. Our team consistently out-performed other groups because of our client-focused approach.  Real estate became a natural transition after my wife and I bought, renovated and later sold several properties in France.  We wanted to build our life and future in Biarritz, and the beautiful Côte Basque.  I continue to prioritize a client-focused approach and am committed providing excellent bespoke service throughout every transaction.

DWELL FRANCE is the result of a life-long love affair with what it means to be HOME. We have lived and traveled all over the world and keep coming back to Biarritz, the place where we feel most at home. We created DWELL because of our passion for real estate and the countless negative experiences we’ve had personally in dealing with real estate agencies. We knew that we could do it differently and make our customers feel great about the process of working with us.
